I frequently provide ground services under my partners' own brands. Your clients stay your clients — I do not approach them during the trip or after it, and I am happy to put that in writing before we start.
The Mandarin point, plainly
Guiding and ground support are delivered in Mandarin without an interpreter. Very few licensed guides in Morocco can do this. If you have Chinese-speaking clients, it is the difference between a workable trip and an excellent one.

Familiarisation visits are free for your staff and tour leaders.
Ground services are contracted through licensed Moroccan agencies. My own agency licence is in process.
