Booking and payment information
Everything here describes how I actually work. Nothing on this site takes a payment automatically.
How a booking is made
- You send your preferred date and group details by WhatsApp or email.
- I confirm availability, suitability, the total price and the terms.
- You pay the agreed deposit using the instructions I send you personally.
- I confirm your booking and send the exact meeting details.
Prices and currency
- All prices are set in Moroccan dirham (MAD).
- Market to Table is 950 MAD per adult. Moroccan Bread & Mint Tea is 800 MAD per adult. Casablanca After Dark is 1,300 MAD per adult.
- Children, private groups, larger parties and unusual requirements receive a personal quote.
- If you pay through PayPal, we agree the invoice amount in a supported currency before you pay. PayPal does not process dirham.
Payment
- Payment is by bank transfer or a PayPal payment request sent by me.
- For a confirmed Market to Table booking, a 30% deposit confirms the date and the balance is settled on the day.
- For the other experiences, the deposit is agreed with you before you pay anything.
- A booking is only confirmed once I have actually received the deposit and told you so.
Departures and group size
- A shared departure runs with at least three paying guests in total.
- A solo traveller can ask to join a departure that is already running. If a date would be yours alone, I quote a private arrangement instead.
- Group capacity is agreed with the host kitchen for each date.
Cancellations and changes
- Cancellation and date-change terms are sent to you in writing for acceptance before any payment is made.
- If I have to cancel a departure, you are not left out of pocket for what you paid me.
USD amounts are approximate. Prices are set in MAD; we confirm your payment amount and currency before you pay.
